Returns

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days. Please feel free to contact us at care@lmnl-ny.com. Please note that items purchased on promotional sales may not be returned. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment and may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

International orders are ineligible for refunds, credits or exchanges.

We can be open to exceptions, please email care@lmnl-ny.com if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

All discounted items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. 

Exchanges / Refunds

We offer returns within 14 days If you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock when your original item arrives back at the warehouse. We suggest that you return the original item and order the one you want instead. Please contact us at care@lmnl-ny.com and we will be more than happy to help you. 

Once a return is approved via email, we will provide you with a shipping address. A return tracking number must be provided to us, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been approved. Items that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned at the cost of the customer.

All accepted and denied returns remain at the discretion of LMNL.

Return Shipping

Please note, the customer is financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item. We strongly encourage the use of a shipping method with tracking and insurance. LMNL is not responsible for returns that don’t reach our warehouse.
